We are looking for a highly motivated professional with following specifications:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This position is responsible for the research and development process of existing and new products.
* These responsibilities include sourcing, costing and scaling.
* Oversees and coordinates the product commercialization process.
* To carry out new product development regarding lab trial sample & recipes.
* Also improve manufacturing efficiencies and the implementation of cost saving measures.
* Handling of raw material specifications & Product Formula.
* Main focus to be on raw material cost reduction.
* Interact wit other departments such as Engineering, QA and Production to achieve a smooth development process.
* Establish project timetables and budgets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Strong verbal & written communication skills.
EDUCATION:
M.Sc. Food Technology
EXPERIENCE:
4-6 years relevant experience in FMCG. Fund & Beverages industry with in plant and equipment experience will be preferred.
