PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION An Engineering Degree in Electronics/Telecom/Computer Engineering.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE At least 3 to 5 years relevant working experience.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Installation and configuration of Alcatel Omni PCX Contact Centers.
Ø Installation and programming of Alcatel Omni PCX Enterprise systems.
Ø Installation and programming of Alcatel Omni PCX Office systems.
Ø Networking between Omni PCX 4400, Omni PCX Office exchanges using VoIP.
Ø Installation and configuration of Alcatel Omni Vista 4760 Call Accounting software.
Ø On-site fault diagnosis and rectification.
Ø Provision of telephonic assistance to customers regarding day-to-day complaints.
Ø Remote maintenance of Alcatel 4400 and Office PBX system through modem.
Ø Installation and Programming of Omni PCX 4400 systems.
Ø Installation and Programming of Omni PCX Office systems.
Ø Installation and configuration of Alcatel Omni Vista 4760 software.
Ø On-site fault diagnosis and rectification.
