PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· M.Sc / Ph. D in Chemistry (Organic/Physical/Analytical) with exposure of 10 years atleast on Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS); Inductively Coupled Plasma Sequential (ICPS); GC’s HPLC would be preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· To manage a fully equipped and operational Hydrocarbon Laboratory of Refinery.
· To organize maintenance of equipment and procurement of spares, chemicals and other consumables for smooth running of the Laboratory.
· To direct staff on activities relating to testing and generation of reports for feedback to process operation for quality assurance.
· To lead and supervise Laboratory projects, special studies and development / improvement of testing methods based on standards.
· Good communication skills
· Lab Management skills
· Should be well-versed with computer and LIMS (Lab Information & Management System)
