Minimum two years of demonstrable, progressively responsible national or international experience in the area of planning design and implementation of demand-driven vocational training courses (i.e. curricula, training manuals, etc.) Prior experience of working with ILO and/or UN agencies on a similar assignment will be an added advantage.
Education:
First level university degree inSocial Science, political science, international affairs, education, human rights, vocational education, development planning, or related technical field.
Experience:

Required Skills
1. Practical knowledge and experience of results-based: management, programmes and budgets, project formulation, administration, and evaluation techniques and practices.
2. Knowledge of the role and operations of UN system activities for development would be an advantage.
3. Ability to perform a variety of conceptual analyses required for the formulation, administration and evaluation of programmes and projects.
4. Excellent drafting skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
6. Excellent analytical skills.
