Advance level Degree in Accounting and Finance - CA or ACMA,CIMA, ACCA

Being part of Territory Leadership [TL], manages finance and accounting functions of the territory, ensuring accurate, timely, relevant, and reliable financial information recording and reporting necessary for business decision making. Serves as a Business Advisor to TL by interpreting financial information for an appraisal of the Territory Actual Performance against Plan and Budget, and Coordinates with other functions for smooth business operations, ensuring compliance of Internal Audit observations, SPPM & LCOA. Accounting and Finance related activities in a Territory regarding Sales Settlement, Taxation, Receivables, Collections, Inventory Control, Sales Accounting, Payables, Opex, DME, Capex, and Gate Controls Ensuring timely and accurate data entry on daily basis by various functions in systems like BASIS, SAP, FMS, etc. thus helping management in prompt generation of reports and decision making thereon Supervises and ensures timely month-end accounting closing activities. Shares financial and management reporting and variance analyses as per defined corporate guidelines and time-frames Interpretation and Presentation of financial information/results to management on regular basis Provide periodic and others ad hoc reports to management for timely and informed decision making Provide leadership to territory finance and other functions in preparation, presentation and finalization of Territory’s Annual Business Plans and Performance metrics Prepares monthly Rolling Estimates and ensuring each monthly estimate is actualized and providing variance analysis between actual and estimate results Reporting financial performance of the territory on a continuous basis and acting as a consultant to other functions to find ways to improve financial performance Perform authorities as delegated by local chart of authority at Territory level such as Approvals of discounts / incentives to customers, vouchers, signatory of cheques etc. Responsible for Operational Finance Management, by providing business insights into business performance through solid constructive analysis and identification of Revenue streams, and Cost trends Ensure compliance of company’s internal control procedures and policies as well as LCOA at territory level Ensuring that all local, state and federal taxes are deposited timely, and all related reports are Ensuring compliance of Internal Audit Observations and make close liaison with internal/external audit teams at territory Responsible for coordination with internal as well as external auditors for smooth audit work Tracking of existing assets through periodic market audits and update to management regarding missing and disputed assets, if any. Ensures that Market Assets’ [Coolers, and B&C] Injection, Transfer, Retrieval, Deployment, and Documentation process is properly followed Ensures monthly & surprise visits physical audit of Coolers, B&C Empties, Full Goods, Raw Materials, at territory Ensured that all assets are insured against risks Gate controlling, surprise checking by gate keepers and reconciliations with other functions at territory. Ensures strict compliance of company’s credit policy Manages and controls DSO, DSI, DME, and Opex and advise relevant functions about areas of improvement Timely management of Payments to suppliers for Suppliers Credit Lead and supervised the whole Accounting and Finance Discipline at Territory Team Member of Territory Commercial Leadership Training & development of finance team to enhance their productivity Operates effectively and flexibly across all lines of territory and corporate office
