General Manager – Procurement - Islamabad

General Manager – Procurement

Reporting to CEO, the incumbent will be responsible for compliance of procurement activities with donor’s rules regulations and policies, designing and functioning of a client-oriented procurement management system, effective delivery of procurement services, management of procurement plans, providing solutions to a wide spectrum of complex procurement issues, strengthening procurement capacity of NGO’s and community organizations and procuring of good and services through creating synergy.

The applicant should have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance Economics, Engineering or related field from top ranking HEC recognized national university or international university. The applicant should have an experience at national or international level in procumbent management . He/She must possess strong interpersonal skills.
