The national Commission for Human Development (NCHD) was established by the Government of Pakistan as a Federal Statutory Body. It is an autonomous body set up to promote human development. NCHD is involved in enhancing the Human Development Indicators in Pakistan. It’s mission to promote Human Development by supporting Government Line Departments, Non-Governmental Organizations and elected officials at the district level in primary education and literacy. The goal of the Commission is to fill the implementation gaps and improve sector delivery mechanisms to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

Executive Secretary (Position 02)
Responsibilities:
Manages of outgoing, incoming emails, letters and faxes-official & Private. Manages electronic filing and record keeping. Arranges for reservation in hotels and air travel for both domestic and international travel as and when required. Maintaining of contact lists electronically as well as manually. Makes arrangements for daily scheduling and routine office correspondence. Drafts office letters and assists in coordination and follow-ups with officials in the secretariat, civil, agencies, foreign delegations and dignitaries as well as Government line department.

An ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills (MS Office). He/She also have Bachelors degree with 3 years of relevant experience in a large organization.
