Our client, a large prestigious petroleum marketing corporation, is looking for senior professionals as Department Heads to fill Openings in Various departments. The candidates must posses high degree of leadership skills and a proven track record of professional success. International and multinational experience will be an added advantage.

The incumbent would be expected to write emails, reports, official memos and correspondences. Handle all day to day administrative and operational matters for the office. Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel and miscellaneous organizational activities. Maintain and control confidential files and other administrative details.
At least Graduate (probably Business Graduate) from a reputed an recognized. Local/foreign university with fluency in Spoken and written English, Possess 8-10 years of relevant experience with ability to deal with executives and handle fast paced work. Must be well versed with latest MS Office package. Preferably, less than 40 years of age. Apply latest by 19th March, 2012.
