Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) invites application for the position of Programme Manager-Certification PCP, a non-profit organization aims to enhance the volume and effectiveness of Philanthropy for social development. The centre seeks to promote philanthropy through its various programmes, namely, Non-Profit organizations certification, Philanthropy support services and research.
Reporting to the executive Director through the senior programme Manager, the incumbent shall plan, manage, implement, coordinate, monitor and lead the Non-Profit Organizations Certification Programme.
Qualification and Experience
Master’s degree in social sciences, business administration, Finance, Management, ACMA/ACCA; a minimum of 8 years of professional working experience in public/private sector, Exposure to systems evaluation, Civil Society Organizations and Development will be preferred. Previous experience in Project Management/execution is essential. The incumbent must poses strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience of working effectively with middle- and senior-ranking government officials, as well as, with representatives of donor and non-governmental and community-based organizations. Excellent computer skills and command of spoken and written English are a must.
PCP is a recognized institution for deputation of Government officers. The above mentioned position officers a competitive salary package.
