Plans to install a power generation plant have been finalized. Energy will be capable of producing to 100MW electricity, Processing By Product (bagasse) from its sugar manufacturing activities at Fatima Sugar Mills Limited. The Power generated from the Plant will be Sufficient to meet the Sugar Mill’s immediate energy needs and also contribute to the national grid. Fatima Energy Ltd. Fatima Energy Limited is seeking high Calibre professionals for the following positions:

Unit Manager Mechanical
Initially placed in Lahore Head Office, late will be transferred to Muzaffargarh Plant site

Roles & Responsibility
To review and approve various designs, technical specification. Drawings and documents of vendors in accordance with international codes and standards
To review erection contractor’s proposals, job supervision, give work guidelines to contractors, follows up, monitoring, expediting of jobs, ensuring implementation of work in compliance with the established company standards
Development of infrastructure for O&M Plant under his domain
Planning, scheduling of manpower and Materials
Qualification & Experience

B.E. (Mechanical)
15 years of relevant experience

Skills Required
Maintenance and construction experience on power plant
Fair knowledge of maintenance management system
Strong leadership and monitoring and strong followup skills
Should be a team player
Ability to work under pressure
