Secretary we are an international Pharmaceutical company looking for a Female office Secretary /Telephone Operator with minimum 2-4 years of experience n relevant area. Job responsibilities include: Letter drafting, dealing with clients, answering calls, use of PABX, correspondence with foreign partners / clients, must be able to work alone and do self correspondence internet search, filing, proficient in MS Word & Email and other duties assigned by the management. Must be well groomed and a pleasant personality. Skills Required: good English Communication skills (Both written & oral), complete dedication to the job computer literate, good typing speed. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelors.
