This position is responsible for all HR-based activities within an organization from both an operational and strategic perspective.
Development and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans to support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes.
Act as an internal consultant and change agent to ensure cultural and organizational initiative are understood and accepted.
Establish and maintain effective recruitment and performance management policies and procedures that ensure appropriate reward of performance and management of under performance.
Oversee the ER/IR matters of the organization and make sure that the succession plan for all the departments is maintained.
Ensure HR policies & procedures are up to date, fit for purpose and maintained appropriately in line with legal and best practice requirements and able to produce management information to meet time, accuracy and quality standards at all times.
Establish a Business Partner approach to build strong working relationships with department managers, demonstrable maturity, professionalism and gravitas.
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from a reputed institution and have minimum 15 years of HR experience, including 5 years as departmental head.
