Our client is a public limited company engaged in providing better water-work services. The company is seeking to hire the services of a competent and dynamic professional as Managing Director who will play a pivotal role in the company’s aim to build a financially sustainable services provider. The position will be for a three year renewable contract and will be based in the interior Sindh.
The ideal candidate for this position would be:
A suitably qualified engineer with Masters in Business Administration (Finance) / Commerce / Economics. Having law degree will be a plus point.
Preferably around 50 years of age.
Having 15 years work experience with large public and/or private sector organization with strong emphasis on municipal infrastructure development & services delivery.
A dynamic leader with strong management skills.
Performance oriented.
Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to spearhead the company in a challenging environment.
Well-versed in strategic planning, goal setting and deliverance.
Fluent in Urdu and English with spoken Sindhi being an added advantage.
Proficient in the use of MS Office etc.
