WE are expecting that you should have the following
Strong Interpersonal/Communication skills
Strong report writing capabilities
Proficiency in computer skills
Fluency in Urdu, English, Knowledge of sindhi language will be an added advantage
And Familiarity with the procurement and disbursement procedures/guidelines of multilateral lending agencies would be added advantage
Familiarity with PPRA and SPPRA rules

Manager Admin & HR
Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from HEC recognized University
10 Years of managing human resource of at least 100 person or above
Available for extensive field work and travel
Place of posting may be anywhere in Sindh

Internal Auditor
Qualified Chartered Accountant CIA, CISA will be added advantage
5-7 Years relevant working experience
Must be familiar with leading accounting software
Must be we well versed with IFRS & ISAs
Available for extensive field work and travel

Assistant Manager Finance
ACMA, ACCA, MBA, CA (Finalist) or equivalent professional qualification (subject to relevant experience)
5-7 Years working experience
Ability to prepare financial statements
Must have hand on experience of operating accounting software
Familiar with statutory requirements of SECP and tax Laws.
Must be we well versed with IFRS.

Account Assistant
B.COM/MBA/M.COM. CA (Inter)
3 Years working experience.
Must have hand on experience of operating accounting software

Admin Assistant
B.COM / MBA / M.COM (from HEC recognized university) or equivalent qualification (subject to relevant experience)
3 Years working experience.
Ability to handle fleet of vehicles
Ability to arrange office equipment / supplies and logistic support

Capital Work Officer
BE (Civil) (foreign qualified will be preferred)
5-7 years experience
Designing & monitoring of infrastructure projects, well versed with Water Supply/waste water and Solid waste management techniques
Knowledge of government procurement rules and regulations and contract management.
Experience with International funding agency i.e World Bank/ADB will be preferred.

Purchase Officer
MBA from HEC recognized university
5-7 years experience
Knowledge of government procurement rules and regulations and contract management
Experience with International funding agency i.e World Bank / ADB will be preferred
Ability to manage all operational procurements

Assistant Manager Billing & Collection
MBA from HEC recognized university
5-7 years experience
Ability to manage multiple teams across widespread area.
Ability to device strategies for collection of billing and arrears.
