Wanted Urgently Chief Financial Officer - Peshawar

Position: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Peshawar

The candidate’s responsibilities will be to:
Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Ensure credibility of the bank by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
Manage processes for financial forecasting and budgeting.
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Key relationship person/contact point for Liaison with regulators i.e. SBP and SECP, rating agencies and Financial Markets.
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable accounting framework and applicable federal, provincial and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements:
The candidate should be member of a recognized body of professional accountants and a graduate from a recognized university or equivalent, having a banking sector exposure in line with current statutory and regulatory requirement (including but not limited to code of corporate governance and SBP prudential regulation and other requirement). 10-12 years of experience in handling financial or corporate affairs of a bank, including 5-7 years in capacity of CFP. Maximum age up to 45 years (relaxable in deserving cases).
