Employee Relation Officer Karachi / Lahore
Educational Qualification: MPA/ MA Psychology/ MBA majors in HR
Work experience; 3-4 years with demonstrated knowledge and experience of working with all aspects of labor and employee relation’s activities, managing dispute resolution issues and disciplinary process.
Candidates applying must possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and communications skills with proficiency in MS Office.
