Branch Managers
Must be a graduate or MBA with a total banking experience of at least 5 years with 2-3 yeas as Branch Manager.

Desired Profile
· Knowledge of Trade and Credit
· Proficient in sales / mobilizing depots and should be service oriented.
· Must have good leadership and people management skills
· Knowledge of Banking / prudential regulations and ability to ensure strict compliance to policies and procedures
· Ability to encourage and motivate employees to excel through personal example
· Target and performance driven
· 28-40 years of age

Operations Managers
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager Operations in a reputable commercial bank.

Desired Profile
· Indepth knowledge of operations and branch banking
· Be able to strengthen the branch’s internal controls and ensure that processes and activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the banking policies.
· Ability to ensure that customer services standards are maintained and exceeded
· Must have good managerial and management skills.
· 28-40 years of age

Relationship Manager
2-3 years of experience in Sales and services.
· Desired Profile
· Be able to generate sales of retail banking products (mainly deposits) and deepen customer relationships.
· Solicit new business for the branch
· Act as a focal point for the bank to interact with customers and believe in providing service excellence
· Be mobile and comfortable with extensive travel

Cashiers
Minimum 2 years’ work experience as Cashier in the Banking industry.

Desired Profile
· Must be conversant with quick calculating techniques & online banking transactions
· Must be able to prioritize the work in a professional manner
· Extensive knowledge of cash Receipts / Cheque payment as per SBP Regulations
· The ability to identify forged currency notes
· Should be able to deal tactfully and pleasantly with customers

General Banking Officers
Minimum 3 years’ work experience in operations department of a reputable commercial bank.
Desired Profile
· In-depth knowledge of General Banking Operations including account opening and maintenance procedures as per SBP prudential regulations
· Profound knowledge of issuance & cancellation of payment instruments
· Must be able to handle inter-branch Transfer / Clearing & Collections.
· Must have experience of handling Foreign remittances, dormant and unclaimed accounts.
· Must have good managerial and management skills
· 28-40 years of age
