Director Operations - PCTV - Lahore

Pakistan Children’s Television (PCTV) is a four year USAID-funded project being implemented by the Rafi peer Theatre Workshop in Technical collaboration with Sesame workshop. New York, with the aim to improve language, problem solving, critical thinking abilities and promote a positive learning attitude amongst children aged 4-9 years in Pakistan. The project invites qualified candidates to apply for the post of Director Operations based at its Lahore headquarters.

Job Profile / essential functions: The Director Operations will oversee the departments of human Resources, procurement, IT and administration while being responsible for all other administrative functions and tasks. The Director will thoroughly review, technically implement and supervise adherence to Procurement policy, Admin policy and HR Policy. Standard Operating Procedures and other Operation related budgets and internal control measures. The Director will produce timely operation related reports, lead the Preparation of operations budgets, and ensure compliance with USAID regulations regarding procurement (service and goods), auditing and financial management requirements.
