Team Leader, Education and Education Officer
A leading international NGO is looking to fill the following position.

Position Title: Team Leader, Education
Duty station: Currently Peshawar, KP, Extensive travelling in KP and/or FATA can be expected. Duty station can change.

Required qualifications and experience
University (Masters) degree or relevant working experience:
Minimum 4 years of previous work experience within the education sector.
Demonstrated abilities in management and operations:
Previous experience in management and maintenance of database tools:
Excellent organizational skills:
Fluency in English, Pashto and Urdu languages;
Computer literate and previous experience with MS Office software; and
Excellent analytical communication, coordination and inter-personnel skills.

Positions Title: Education Officer
Duty Station : Currently Peshawar, KP, Duty Station can be expected to change.
Required qualifications and experience
Proven work history in Education programming in Pakistan and/or overseas with at least three (3) years’ experience with an international NGO and/or UN body and/or MoE;
Educated to have a Master’s Degree level in relevant subjects.
Experience in facilitating workshops and trainings;
Willingness to travel throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA.
Good interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and build relationships at all levels. Taking into account cultural and language difficulties.
Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful environments and physical hardship conditions with limited resources and contribute to team building environment.
High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge and experience in the use of word-processing and spreadsheets;
Experience in both format education and vocational training concepts is an advantage.
