Over the years, DTI has earned distinction in disserninating technical trainings to more than 12,000 trainees in different industrial/ construction crafts e.g. Welders, Pipe Fabricators, Millwrights, Electricians, Pipe & General Fitters, Riggers and Safety Inspectors etc.
The ideal candidate for this vacancy should meet the following
Job Description:
· Serve as educational leader, responsible for administering policies, regulations and procedures to ensure high educational standards of the institute.
· Oversee the smooth functioning of the entire institute including course scheduling, curriculum development, faculty training and performance management, emergency procedures and facility maintenance.
· Assist the Management in developing short/long term growth plans, including preparation and monitoring of annual budget of the institute.
· Supervise and participate in the selection and induction of new trainees

Profile Requirements:
· B.E (Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical) with experience of at least 10 years in construction/ maintenance with industrial concerns and 3-5 years of administration/ teaching at a vocational training institute.
· Excellent written and oral English / Urdu communication skills.
· Must possess a high sense of professionalism leadership and teamwork.
