Graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years experience in the same capacity.
Requirements & Key Responsibilities
•To ensure the receipt of goods on the right time, quantity and condition, along with the related system requirement.
•Processes the purchase orders requests from different divisions.
•Ensure all relevant details and requirements are maintained in the respective forms.
•Follows up with suppliers to ensure on time shipment of the requested items.
•Follows up with suppliers and concerned person to coordinate the approval of quality samples.
•Process any claims in case of discrepancies of goods received.
•Expedite any payment issues of goods received from suppliers.
