Planning & Reporting Specialist
Position Purpose:
Ensure effective implementation of company’s management information system for reliable and timely data availability

Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum Graduate. MBA will be preferred.
Experience Required: 3 years relevent experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Reports Analysis, sales trends compilation & reporting to staff on regular basis.
- Promo monitoring
- Keeping record of all S&D data and provide to RD on his requirement.
- Classification of retailers according to performances
- Sales Forecasting
- Stock keeping units planning & Optimization.
- Franchise stock order entries.
- Orders management
- Coordination with finance, logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of stock to franchises
- System Monitoring
- Franchise payments followup.
- Market analysis and planning for the region.
- Gather local information on competitors, analyze and report to RD.
- Ensure free data availability and its circulation to all stake holders

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Excellence in MS Office
- Must posses analytical skills
- Problem solving initiative
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills required
