Regional Business Development Manager - Karachi

Reporting:
Administratively to Director of Sales Hotel Karachi and functionally to Director Sales Hotel Lahore

Scope :
Represent and sell the services & facilities of Hotel International Hotel properties, (Lahore, Islamabad & Dubai), to clients in the Karachi region.

Duties
•Conduct personal sales calls to the clients.
•Assess the value of business from accounts to create an Account Potential Business Profile.
•Meet and exceeds the Sales targets assigned.
•Enhancement of Corporate Image.
•Relationship building with customers.
•Maintain and Update Client / Customer Database and files.
•Maintain and enhance the market share.
•Maintain and update rates and all customer information in account files.
•Providing feedback from customers on rates and service experience.
•Solicit and develop new accounts.
•Plan and execute customer FAM trips to Hotel Hotels.
•Conduct telemarketing on marginal and non productive accounts.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Geographical Knowledge of the Area.
Relationships
•Liaise with all hotel Directors of Sales regarding business solicitation & results with weekly production report.
•Liaise in a professional manner with all hotel sales & M&E departments.
•Liaise with clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Behavioral Competencies:
•MBA-Marketing
•Effective oral and written communication skills in English
•Report writing
•Ability to analyze data for decision making recommendations
•Knowledge of computer operations in Word Processing
•Ability to follow instructions accurately and coordinate pleasantly & decisively
•Ability to work under pressure and make efficient, decisive decisions
•Needs to have good attention to detail
EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years preferably from Hotel Industry

SALARY
35-K to 45-K plus allowances which include (Car Maintenance Allowance Rs 5000+Mobile Allowance Rs 3000 + Fuel= 200 kg ).

Candidate should have its own car.
