Hashoo Group property Development Division (HGPD) is part of the Hashoo Group of Companies Operating in Pakistan with a global foot-print.

Presently we are looking for highly qualified, experienced and reputed professionals in the following leadership positions to assist in the future development of HGPD portfolio in Pakistan.

President – Property Development Reports to: Group Chief Executive Officer
We are looking for a highly experienced, technically astute, hands-on executive-level President of Property Development operations based in Pakistan. Responsible for oversight of Development and Delivery of various construction/ projects in the portfolio. Qualified individuals must have progressive experience with direct successful involvement in managing individual and multiple simultaneous projects where a portion of work was self-performed. Candidates must have a proven track record in building organizations as well as having an entrepreneurial mindset. Extensive Knowledge of the Commercial project development / civil construction in Pakistan Gulf and high ethical standards are expected. Individuals will be responsible for the successful completion and handover of Commercial projects within budgeted cost and time.

Eligibility
Candidates must have 15 years of experience working in a similar leadership position for a major developer/Civil Contractor. Masters degree and PMI certification will be preferred. Candidates should also have sound knowledge in financial management and development budgets in a for-profit environment.

Director Project Delivery/Head of Construction Reports to: president – Property development

Will be responsible for mobilization, execution and hading over of various construction./development projects in the portfolio. Will liaise with Consultants, vendors and coordinate with contractors. The types of projects would vary from hospitality, commercial. Residential, mixed use and private-public development/redevelopments executed under multiple contract formats including self-execution.

Eligibility
Candidates must have at-least bachelor’s degree in Contraction Management /Civil Engineering/Architecture with extensive relevant experience with at-least 10 plus years of progressively responsible positions. Excellent Communication and human skills with high ethical standards and knowledge of MS Project are a must.
