Qualification & Experience:
Graduates with Life Insurance Retail experience.
•At least 1 year of experience in retail sales
•Above average communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
•A willingness to work for a value-based, learning organization where business ethics and moral values are considered important
•An outgoing personality with an ability to build relationships.
Salary: Rs15000+ plus commission during three months training period and Rs.18-25000 plus commission after successful training and upgradation to Relationship Manager.
NOTE: Consultants become partners and earn hefty commission for the business they bring in while working through PQFTL platform - plus Rs.6000 fixed salary.
