Job Detail: - The candidate should be a graduate at least.
- He/ She will be supporting a CRM / SFA business application in IT department of a reputable pharmaceutical company having a sales field force of 350 plus users nationwide.
-The incumbent should possess excellent MS Office, Communication & Troubleshooting skills.
-Having an experience of supporting a SFA (Sales Force Automation) application / tool will be considered as an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and drive for learning & delivering results is a must.
