One asterisk person required for a call center in Karachi.

1. Be able to backup and restore the configuration.
2. Should be able to do some programming
3. Trouble shoot daily issues related to the system and end users
4. Generate daily, monthly, different call center activity reports
5. Perform system admin related work
6. Resolve any voice/connectivity related issues, etc
