Qualification:
B.A/B.Sc. or equivalent/Computer Diploma

Experience:
1-3 years experience of Windows, MS Office, MS Access

Age:
Up to 30 years

Responsibilities:
Possess excellent communication skills, organization skills, and a strong commitment to total customer satisfaction
Ability to interact with Customers, Employee and Supervisors in a professional and efficient manner
Possess a clear understanding of the operation and services rendered by the bank
Be committed to work in evening/night shifts and holidays
