
Responsibilities include:
•Conceptualizing, developing, executing marketing and events strategies for multiple businesses. •Business Development, develop new accounts and develop new source of obtaining new accounts.
•Sourcing of suppliers, vendors and sponsors of services, location and materials for events purposes.
•Prepare marketing budgets outlining all marketing activity, whilst paying particular attention to cost control mechanisms.
•Conceptualizing, developing and produce marketing and advertising materials other ad-hoc duties.
•Manipulate internal database to profile and segment target audiences and produce creative promotion activity for each sector.
•Monitor all marketing responses and complete ongoing marketing analysis during and after events.
Requirements:
You must be a having a strong research skills, strong presentation skills and good project management skills. You should be hard working, articulate and meticulous conference marketing executive. You should have the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects. Some events will be held on international level so there will be some opportunity to travel internationally. Ideal candidates will be energetic, enthusiastic, and quick learners who possess excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
