Eligibility Criteria:
Age: between 30 to 40 years
Qualification: Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university preferably in Business Administration.
3-10 years work experience at a responsible position in the banking sector preferably in the Compliance Department
Must have knowledge about SBP & other regulatory requirements to effectively manage the compliance risk especially on AML/KYC.
Must possess knowledge about various policies of commercial banks so as to review various policies formulated / revised by various departments of the Bank to ensure that policies cover all the prevailing Regulatory Requirements and International Best Practices.
Excellent communications, analytical and Interpersonal skills.
