We are a leading Microfinance Bank of Pakistan and we are in need to hire for the following vacant positions:
1. Product Manager (Retail and Saving Products - Islamabad)
2. Product Manager (Housing Finance - Islamabad)
3. Product Manager (Education Finance - Islamabad)
Requirements: Master's degree (MBA, Finance preferred) or equivalent from a reputable local university or international university
7-10 years experience in the banking sector, as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu)
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Must be able to travel throughout Pakistan
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
Strong follow up on implementing aggressive growth plans
Strong cross functional coordination skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required
