Field Finance Manager Based - Quetta

FIELD FINANCE MANAGER (QUETTA BASED)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Preferably CA (Articles Completed) ACCA / MBA with at least 5 years of practical experience in advanced accounting, fund accounting, data processing and auditing. Supervisory and management experience is required. Three years experience in a field office of an international NGO /PVO, an extensive experience with budget preparation, analysis financial reporting preparation and presentation including proven ability to translate technical financial data into informative management reports. Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational and representational skills are necessary. Demonstrated attention to details ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with cross cultural team members is required. Experience working in difficult conditions and regional experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Responsible to implement, administer and manage daily accounting and finance functions. Provide monthly management reports to Director Finance & Compliance, Implement and administer Mercy Corps systems for internal control, compliance and accounting data processing and financial reporting functions. Ensure compliance with MC procurement policies and procedure. Assist DF&C in developing and maintenance of local office policies and procedures; Analyzing compensation packages, taxation requirements\. Conduct himself / herself both professionally and personally in such a manner as to bring credit to MC and in no way jeopardize our humanitarian efforts.
